According to the Urban Dictionary, web weaving is a ‘combination of images and stills from film or television quotes, art pieces, song lyrics, lines of poetry, even film scripts, which have a theme in common’.
Contributors to the trend post their own combination, or slideshow, of poignant excerpts from a range of media under titles such as ‘quotes that pick me up off the floor every time’ and ‘words that claw at my soul every time I read them’. (source)
Devoción
I am not meant for casual. I was born for soul crushing devotion. ✩

Love is a sacrament that should be taken kneeling

Una casa
My heart is like a haunted house
There's things in there that scratch about
They make their music in the night
And in the day they give me such a fright
— Haunted House - Florence and the Machine

“I’m locked out of my home. No, I can’t recognize my home. I grabbed the wrong keys. The house has been painted a different color. There is music inside but I don’t understand the words. There is smoke inside, but nothing is burning.”— Noor Hindi, from DEAR GOD. DEAR BONES. DEAR YELLOW. ;“Pledging Allegiance”
Take me out tonight
Because I want to see people
And I want to see life
Driving in your car
Oh, please, don't drop me home
Because it's not my home, it's their home
And I'm welcome no more
— there is a light that never goes out - the Smiths

Mi cuerpo es una casa encantada
en la que me extravío.
No hay puertas pero sí cuchillos
y un centenar de ventanas.
— Jacqui Germain

El Mar
Impression, sunrise - Claude Monet (1872)
Que me cante el mar
Un bolero de soledad
Que me cante el mar
Que ando sola, con soledad
— Soledad y el mar - Natalie lafourcade

— Never Let me Go - Florence + The Machine
Seascape near Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer - Vincent van Gogh, Arles, June 1888
Pull me out the water, cold and blue
I open my eyes and I see that it's you
So I dive straight back in the ocean
So I dive straight back in the ocean
—Swimming - Florence + The Machine
